Carbide.ui 3.2 Theme Edition is a tool made that enables the creation of themes for Nokia S60 and Series 40 mobile devices. It provides access to the more than 1,000 customizable theme elements for the S60-S40 series such as menus, icons, pictures, fonts, etc. This makes the S60-S40 UI the most customizable available.
Create graphic themes for S60 and Series 40 devices, also audio themes for S60 devices. Using an interface, you can access each element within an S60 or a Series 40 theme and adjust the visual or audio properties. When designing new theme graphics or audio, it allows you to add the image whether it’s a bitmap, vector graphics, or audio. Additionally, if you need, Nokia will send you to the editing applications of your preference.
Once a new theme has been created, use tools included in Carbide.ui to package and sign the theme (S60 series). Along with Nokia PC Suite, Carbide.ui Theme Edition automatically deplays a new theme package to a device to test.
To run this software, you need a well-resourced PC, you need to be familiar with the creation of bitmap and SVGT vector graphics; also the ability to edit audio is required if you want to create audio themes. Remember to register at Nokia forum before downloading and installing. |
