Carbide.ui Theme Edition is the best program of its kind. It is a theme editor and theme creator for Nokia mobile phones. It supports S60 and S40 devices. The S40 series themes are supported, but the program is mainly created for S60 devices. S60 themes have the extensions "*.SIS" and "*.SISX". S40 themes have the extension "*.NTH". Now, S60 themes are only supported in devices which mostly have the symbian OS. S40 is generally used with devices with Nokia OS. The program seems to support 1000 customizable theme elements in the S60 User Interface.
This software is just great. It can be used to customize all the elements of a theme file. You can create a new theme file with customized ringtones, a background picture, colors, icons, popup windows, etc. You can also change the interface of music player and other default applications in a theme file. So, we can change 100% of the interface of any theme file. Of course, it can be used to simply edit a theme file as well. After all the work is done, just select "Create new package" and follow the instructions.
One thing is that it doesn't show which Nokia phone supports certain file types. It means that you need to know whether your mobile can open a SIS file or an NTH file. |
